When Stuart Wood mentioned to me that he was interested in collaborating on a new inspirational shoot, it was the perfect excuse to contact the beautiful Euridge Manor and see if they would be interested in hosting.
Once we had the gorgeous Lost Orangery at Euridge Manor on board, the other suppliers just fell into place.
I honestly believe that Autumn is one of the most underated seasons for weddings, I understand Spring/ Summer you have a better chance of gorgeous weather, but with Autumn, you have the vibrant colours, beautiful scents and crisp autumn leaves under foot. Choosing an Autumn/ Winter wedding means that you plan for the worst (weather wise) and anything other than cold and rain is a bonus on the day!
Euridge Manor is a one-of-a-kind venue, that’s both magnificent and magical – just the place for a fairytale wedding. Set amidst enchanting private grounds, complete with castle, rose lawns and sparkling water features – this was the dream setting for a lavish shoot to inspire an Autumnal wedding ceremony.
Décor details include jaw-dropping floral styling by Paula Rooney Floral Design. Paula and her team created all sorts of breathtaking displays using an abundance of foliage and florals in an earthy palette of orange, blush and dusky pinks in all sorts of textures, both dried and fresh.
When creating the design, we decided to use the details on the beautiful water feature in the Orangery at Euridge Manor to inspire the theme. This consists of hundreds of shells and pearls and you’ll see these little touches running throughout the shoot on the stationery, jewellery and smaller personal touches.
You’ll notice in the images that we used multiple models as opposed to just one couple. We really wanted the ability to capture as many images and different scenarios as possible!
