Are your services available worldwide or only in the UK?
While our home base is in the UK, we are delighted to offer our luxury wedding and event planning services both nationally and internationally. Whether you envision a grand celebration in London or a destination wedding or event abroad, our wider team has the experience and connections to make your dream wedding a reality.
Can you work with any budget for a luxury celebration in the UK and what are your fees?
As an industry standard, my fees are between 10%-15% of your overall budget unless otherwise agreed. I generally work with a minimum budget of £100,000 for average-sized events, however, I will consider smaller budgets for smaller celebrations if I believe I can make it work within your design ideas. Our main priority is ensuring your budget and vision are aligned. We understand that luxury means different things to different people. Our approach is highly adaptable, and we are committed to working within your specified budget. We’ll help you make informed decisions that maximise the value of your investment while ensuring the opulence and elegance that you desire.
Do you have partnerships with luxury venues and vendors in the UK?

How do you handle destination weddings and events from the UK?
Destination weddings and events are a special area of expertise for us. Our team is well-versed in orchestrating international events and celebrations. We handle all the logistics, from travel arrangements to local vendor coordination, ensuring that your event is as flawless as it would be if it were in the UK. For larger-scale weddings and events, we also ensure we have a specialist on the ground in your specific country and may also have a specialist logistics manager to look after all of your guest logistics if needed.

Do you offer on-the-day coordination?
At the moment I am prioritising full planning clients. This allows me to better understand my clients and offer services on a more personal level, however, I do have senior team members who would be able to fulfil on-the-day roles if this is something you would like to look into.
How far in advance should we book your services for a UK luxury wedding or event?
We recommend booking our services as early as possible to secure your preferred date and venue, especially for larger weddings and events that often require extensive planning. The sooner we begin, the more time we have to meticulously curate every element of your special day, however, we are also used to last-minute celebrations and have planned 120-person weddings in under 6 weeks.

What is the average cost of your luxury planning services in the UK?
Costs can vary significantly based on the size, complexity, and specific requirements of your event. We tailor our services to your individual needs, and we provide custom quotes after our initial consultation. Our goal is to work within your budget while delivering an exceptional and personalised experience that surpasses your expectations, however, we will also provide a secondary budget of what we think you could spend based on your “ideal” vision.
Why do I need a wedding planner if my venue already has a coordinator?
It’s a common misconception to get the two roles and responsibilities confused. Whilst I highly respect the venue coordinator’s role in your wedding day, they generally have a huge amount of weddings a year to focus on, making it harder for them to spend time on yours. The main focus of the venue is also to ensure their venue is looked after and also help you with general supplier recommendations. If you were to book me as your wedding planner or wedding designer separately, I can assure you that I only look to book between 5 – 8 weddings per year (as a maximum) and will ensure I help out with every tiny little detail of your wedding including your diary and budget management.
Do you only work with specific venues/ suppliers or can I use my own?
I will always prefer to use and give my personal recommendations based on your likes/ dislikes and budget and carefully consider the suppliers that I think would work best for your wedding day. If you have suppliers that have been recommended to you by friends or family, then of course, I am always happy to look at incorporating them into your celebration, however, I cannot vouch for their professionalism and finished product on the day.
Will you and your team be at my wedding?
Of course! Unless something extraordinary happens for me to not be able to make it, I will be there from the very beginning until the very end for all clients unless previously agreed. I also make sure I take 1 wedding per day and will always ensure the 3 weeks prior to your wedding are clear of any other large-scale events so you are my focus throughout. If for any reason I am unable to be at your wedding or event, my team will always include a senior planner who will have all of the details to run your event to the same standard as myself. This is one of the reasons I always come onsite with a large team to run your wedding or event.
Can you help with other pre-wedding parties or private events?
Of course, we specialise in larger-scale weddings and events that take place over multiple days. Whilst I market myself as a wedding planner, I can also help with other events, including anniversaries, birthday parties and baby showers.
What can I expect from you as my wedding planner?
You can expect a 100% personal service. No two couples are the same and therefore, no two weddings should be the same either. I love to ensure as much of your relationship is shown through your wedding day as possible. I will be on the other end of the phone whenever you need me and will keep you up to date on everything wedding-related! You will receive a login to your very own interactive wedding planner so you can see exactly where we are with your journey.
