Consultation
One of the most exciting parts of planning is the initial consultation, getting to know a little about you and your overall vision for the event. I like to do this as a video call ideally so we can do our best to connect. We talk in depth about what it is that is most important to you, priorities, special requests and more importantly, what makes you tick. This is an important call to ensure that not only am I the right planner for you, but also that our personalities align and you feel you can trust me, my expertise and my process in creating your special event.

Step Two
Proposals
Following our call, I’ll put together an initial budget projection vs expectations based on your ideal spend, numbers, locations and visions for the day alongside your initial design board to ensure that we are all on the same page before proceeding to contract.
At this stage we will also put together our personalised “way of working together” which will detail preferences on communication, timings and expectations from both sides to ensure we enter the planning process with a mutual understanding of what is expected. This will also help me work out which suppliers will be best suited to you and ensure they are aware of your expectations of them from the beginning.

Step Three
Planning
& Styling
Once you are happy we are the right fit for you and we have signed on the dotted line, the fun bit begins! At this stage, we will spend the next couple of weeks putting together your full design boards incorporating your colour scheme, mood and guest journey through your celebration. We will also begin making recommendations on all suppliers from catering, floristry to production and stationery ensuring no little detail is overlooked and letting you just enjoy the process.

Step Four
Delivery
In the lead up to the big day, we will put together a complete document, from the contact list, VIP guest list, floor plans and the full running schedule of the week of your event to send out to all suppliers, at this point, no detail will be overlooked. The meticulous planning at this stage will ensure myself and my team run everything seamlessly and create a completely stress free experience for you and your guests, delivering something stylish, personal and of course, boldly beautiful.
