At Hannah Hope Weddings & Events, every celebration is led personally by Hannah, supported by a trusted wider team of experienced planners, coordinators and event professionals.

Hannah founded the business with a love of beautiful design, meticulous organisation and creating experiences that feel entirely personal. Today, those same principles sit at the heart of everything we do, from intimate celebrations to ambitious multi-day weddings involving multiple venues, international suppliers and complex logistics, both in the UK and further afield.

While Hannah remains your lead planner and creative director throughout, delivering celebrations at this level is very much a team effort. We bring together the right people for each event, drawing on experienced professionals across luxury weddings, private events, hospitality, production and on-site management, including team members with experience working internationally. This allows us to build the expertise around each celebration according to its location, scale and complexity, while ensuring everything feels seamless for our clients.

From guest movements and transportation to supplier coordination, production and installations, we manage the countless moving parts required to turn an ambitious vision into something that feels completely effortless.

"Where can i start about Hannah? She is amazing. I approached her looking for a wedding planner to plan my dream day in just over 2 months- during a pandemic, in the backdrop of constantly changing rules and regulations. I am so happy I found her, she not only helped me keep a cool head throughout the process, but actually made the experience so enjoyable for me from every aspect- to flower displays/ production elements/ choosing musicians- I almost forgot that I was planning during quite possibly one of the hardest times ever to have a wedding.
Hannah is also an incredibly personable planner- my entire family LOVE her, she helped everyone get organised/ be on time/ know their cues, the whole day was flawless. There is literally not one thing I would have changed about my experience, apart from maybe the fact that the party should have been a 5 day affair, instead of 2 days. I did not want it to end. I also felt so confident that everything was going to go smoothly down to the minute to minute organisation of the event that Hannah put together, she not only managed to capture my vision and exactly what I wanted- but managed to put it together so seamlessly, so effortlessly- whilst understanding all of the traditional ceremonial elements that go into an Iranian wedding.

"I honestly don’t even know where to begin. Hannah is phenomenal. Not only is she fantastic at her job she is also great to work with. From the moment we met her we knew we were in good hands. We had some slightly whacky ideas but she took them all in her stride and made them happen!
I can honestly say I was incredibly relaxed throughout the whole weekend because I knew Hannah had everything covered. Not only had she created an incredible itinerary, she liaised with the numerous suppliers as well as the key people in the wedding party. We were in regular contact with Hannah in the run up to the wedding and when, in passing, I referenced I had a sore throat the night before the big day Hannah greeted me at Hedsor the next morning with cough mixture. She literally thought of everything!
It was a hectic two days and we had so many moving parts. If we hadn’t had Hannah there coordinating everyone and everything it would have been very stressful.
We honestly cannot recommend Hannah more. Not only is she brilliant at what she does she is also a real joy to work with!"

Not only that, she is so well organised, our entire wedding day (and pre-wedding event) ran like absolute clockwork. It was a relief to know Hannah had everything under control so I could just relax and enjoy the whole weekend. We had a huge team coordinated by Hannah and a lot of different elements throughout the day to manage.
What Hannah achieved was unbelievable! I still cannot believe just how beautiful everything was! We could not have asked for anything more from Hannah, we had the most perfect and memorable day. She was so amazing to work with, I wish we could do it all over again!
