Featured in the beautiful Love My Dress blog this week is the gorgeous intimate live streamed wedding at Four Seasons Hampshire in summer as restrictions were gradually lifted.
This gorgeous pair were due to get married a couple of weeks prior with over 200 guests, but for obvious reasons had to change all of their plans last minute. They got in contact with me on a Sunday afternoon, just 2 weeks before the wedding and within a couple of minutes on the phone, I just knew it was going to be a perfect match and we could create something incredible for them.
Details are always important at a wedding, but with only 26 guests, it gave us the ability to make sure all the little details were in place to make sure it was memorable. This included hand written notes with hand sanitiser on each ceremony chair, a little treat on each place setting and welcome baskets in each of the guests bedrooms. Not only that, we also managed to live stream their wedding around the world so the rest of the guests could tune in, including the grooms parents in India.
When Janelle & Josh realised they couldn’t have their wedding as they originally planned, they opted to take control and fully embrace having a small, intimate wedding so they could relax and really enjoy their day.
They knew decisions had to be made quickly and I knew with only two weeks I had to have a team of suppliers that I fully trusted to make this work, starting with the beautiful Four Seasons Hampshire. After many zoom calls and late night whatsapp conversations, they decided to invite all of their guests to stay at Four Seasons Hampshire as many were travelling from other parts of the UK and have it live streamed around the world to the rest of their guests. Once these big decisions were made, the other plans just began falling into place for this gorgeous summer wedding.
