There is nothing I love more than a themed after party, so when Natalie & Daniel mentioned going on a safari for their honeymoon, we turned their glamourous wedding day on it’s head for the evening and went 100% jungle safari themed to party the night away at the gorgeous Cliveden House Hotel.
This wedding is any wedding designers dream, and I couldn’t have been any happier to have been involved with Bespoke Events London. Not only did the wedding weekend take place at one of my favourite wedding venues; Cliveden House Hotel, but the couple were an absolute joy to work with throughout.
The brief was simple; beautiful, elegant and full of blush and white flowers for the day and an epic jungle safari for the evening party.
I met Natalie & Daniel for the first time at Cliveden House with a full wedding design proposal, right down to the possible cake flavours and I remember leaving that meeting with one note; change the dance floor (I’m still annoyed with myself that I didn’t get it right the first time). It meant that straight away I had understood exactly what they wanted to achieve, and straight away we could get down to the fun bits, cake tasting, song choices, floral sampling!
Throughout the next 10 months of planning, I was able to incorporate more ideas as I got to know them and their personalities, this is where the incredible dessert station came from. I was still awake at 4am and started jotting down a sketch of an idea I had, the following morning, the incredible graphic designer from the Bespoke team attempted to make sense of it to bring the sketch to life, I then sent it to Natalie and the reply just said “we definitely need that!” We wanted to ensure as much detail went into the day as possible.
Each guest had a welcome box in their bedroom, we had personalised cocktail napkins as well as cute little gold animal stirrers for the evening cocktails.
The entire wedding day was incredible and the surprises throughout the day kept all of the guests on their toes! This was and still is one of my favourite Cliveden House wedding’s.
What Clients Say About Hannah Hope
Love
Note
"Hannah is truly incredible, she made our wedding day dreams come true! From the moment we met Hannah she was warm, friendly and extremely professional. It was clear that she has a wealth of knowledge and contacts in the industry, she was happy to give us plenty of recommendations of suppliers to consider to suit our style.
Her attention to detail and creativity are second to none, she really does think outside the box! She’s always at the end of the phone if need be and will go above and beyond to ensure you’re happy. Not only that, she is so well organised, our entire wedding day (and pre-wedding event) ran like absolute clockwork. It was a relief to know Hannah had everything under control so I could just relax and enjoy the whole weekend. We had a huge team coordinated by Hannah and a lot of different elements throughout the day to manage.
What Hannah achieved was unbelievable! I still cannot believe just how beautiful everything was! We could not have asked for anything more from Hannah, we had the most perfect and memorable day. She was so amazing to work with, I wish we could do it all over again!
Thank you Hannah, from the bottom of our hearts."
