Taking a moment for the stationery design for this fabulous wedding. Following our initial design consultations, we spent 3 wonderful days working closely with the team at Ofelia Botella to curate the most gorgeous personalised pieces for Jack & Dylan.We wanted to have a selection of pieces to reflect the colourful and fun design of the wedding weekend, utilising the interior colours of Four Seasons Hampshire and including personal details from Jack & Dylan’s life, including their beautiful dog; Pebbles 🩷Planning & Design: @hannahhopeevents

It’s sometimes hard to put into words why I do what I do, fortunately pictures speak a thousand words. For me, weddings aren’t just about the pretty (although this was a beauty), it’s about a feeling, the emotion and the connection to why we do what we do.This wedding wasn’t just a beautiful weekend. It was a celebration of love, friendship and family, and for me, it felt like home. I was able to work in one of the most homely venues in the country with a team that will forever go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I was fortunate enough to be able to select a team of suppliers that I am lucky enough to consider friends (or at least call upon for a good old gossip or rant when needed). Most of all, I had a relationship with the bride and groom built on trust and a mutual respect of our creativity, ideas and skills, and their warmth and love extended to all of their friends and family.There was rain, sunshine, last minute changes, smiles, tears and everything in between, but through it all stood the most perfectly imperfect wedding that has easily become one of my favourite weekends of the summer.Feelings like that are the reason I don’t feel like I’m working at all. That after party. Guests danced their way from the marquee to the secret after party, navigating rain, winding paths and wet steps, but nothing could dampen their spirits.We designed the after party space to be completely different to the rest of the wedding. Dark, moody and sexy with touches of the last couple of days; the match boxes from the weekend, pizza boxes and the gorgeous cocktail napkins.Finished off with the final dance of the night.
